When you submit a form. Our forms collect only the details needed to respond to you:

• Schedule a Call form: your name, email, phone, preferred dates and availability, and the topic you'd like to discuss
• Contact form: your name, email, and message
• Start Your Build form: your name, business name, email, phone, the package and add-ons you select, and notes about your project
• Onboarding questionnaire: your business description, service area, services offered, style preferences, brand details, and any files you upload (such as a logo or photos)

When you create a client portal account. If you become a client, your portal account stores your email, your project's build-tracker history, messages exchanged with us, and documents or files you upload to your project.

When you pay us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through invoices and payment links. We never see or store your card numbers — Stripe handles card data directly.

Automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information (browser type, device, pages visited) to keep the site running well and improve it.

How we use your information

We do not sell your information. Ever.

Where your data lives

Information is stored on secure, access-controlled platforms — our site is built and hosted on Base44, payments run through Stripe, and project communications use Google Workspace. Access is limited to the team members who need it to serve you.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (for example, Stripe for payments and Base44 for hosting), and only as needed for that purpose. We never share one client's information with another, and we never use one client's materials in another client's project without written permission.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Project records are retained while our business relationship is active and for the period required for accounting and legal record-keeping after it ends.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time — just use our contact form. We will respond within 2 business days. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Children's privacy

This site is directed to business professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
