These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hello Home Watch website, a service line of Work Travel Invest LLC ("WTI"), a digital marketing agency based in Glendale, Arizona. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Hello Home Watch designs and builds websites and provides related marketing services for home watch professionals — including website packages, service-area page add-ons, search visibility services, and ongoing website plans. Specific services, pricing, and payment terms for any purchase are confirmed at the time you order.

Payment terms

For website projects, a 50% deposit is due at the time of order. The balance and any monthly fees are due upon completion. Your website is connected to your domain and launched after the final invoice is paid. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Site content and intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, design, graphics, and the Hello Home Watch brand — is owned by Work Travel Invest LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse our site content without permission.

Your content

Materials you provide to us — your logo, photos, copy, business information, and any files uploaded through our forms or portal — remain your property. When you submit them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to design, build, and host your project. If our services end, your published content remains yours; we will never use your materials in another client's project without your written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its security, to submit spam or false information through our forms, or to upload malicious files. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Third-party services

Client websites we build may be hosted on third-party platforms (such as Wix Studio). Those platforms' own terms also apply to your use of them. This site itself operates on the Base44 platform.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and our services are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties about the completeness or availability of any content on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or our services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
